Rules Sports

Last modified: 2015-04-07

General

  1. Each user determines his stakes himself with the exception of the restriction imposed by winning limits in accordance with the calculation of winnings and possible stake limits. A precondition for the effective placement of a bet is that before the closure for the acceptance of bets there must be sufficient balance on the account to cover the stake.
  2. A bet is accepted once the Operator has confirmed it. A bet is confirmed when it appears in the user's account. In some isolated cases delays may occur. In the event of a dispute over the time when a bet was placed, the time when the bet was registered by the Operator shall govern.
  3. Bets placed and accepted in good time may not be revoked or changed. It is therefore the user's sole responsibility to ensure that all of the details of his/her bets are correct.
  4. If a bet is declared "invalid" or "void" (e.g. cancellation of the betting event), then this bet will be evaluated as "won" with odds of 1.00. For individual (single) bets, this means that the user will get the amount equal to his stake back. In a multi bet, this means that the total odds will be adjusted accordingly and the multi bet can still be won if all other bets it contains are won too.
  5. If the bet is placed after the beginning of the betting event, the bet is invalid (this does not include live betting). The bet will be evaluated as "won" using the odds 1.00. For "Live Betting", bets which are received by the Operator after the result of the respective bet has been determined are invalid and will be evaluated as "won" using odds of 1.00.
  6. The deadline for placing bets will in each case be determined by the Operator.
  7. The Operator reserves the right to decline acceptance of any bet without giving a reason.
  8. If, during the period of acceptance of bets, information becomes known through which the outcome of the bet can be determined, the deadline for acceptance of bets will be determined anew by the Operator or the bet will be cancelled. Cancelled bets are evaluated as "won" at odds of 1.00.
  9. The Operator assumes no responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors. In particular, the Operator reserves its right to correct obvious errors – even after the event – with the input of betting odds and/or the evaluation of betting results (e.g. odds-related, team-related, event-related errors) or declare affected bets void. The Operator also assumes no liability for correctness, completeness or up-to-datedness of the information services provided, for example live scores and result messages. The stake is exclusively the amount confirmed and recorded by the Operator. In case the erroneous event/market is cancelled all bets are void and will be evaluated as "won" with odds of 1,00.
  10. In the case of bets with fixed odds, the gross winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the fixed odds.
  11. Winnings are only paid out up to a maximum of the winning limits. If the player places a bet whose payment exceeds the winning limit, Operator is not liable for the excess amount. In this case payments of winnings will be reduced correspondingly. The maximum winning limit per player and day (bets decided 00.00 – 24.00 CET) is EUR 25,000 and the maximum winning per calendar week (bets decided Monday 00.00 – Sunday 24.00 CET) is EUR 50,000 or the equivalent in other currencies.
  12. The Operator reserves the right to set winning limits different from those specified above and/or set individual winning limits for individual players.
  13. Unless otherwise stated – in the exceptions below, in the betting offer or in the special rules of each sport – the principle "all bets stand" applies to all bets. This means, that if the athlete (or team, etc.), on whom/which the bet has been placed, fails to participate – for whatever reason – the bet is lost if the betting event takes place. Only in exceptional cases will bet be declared void, particularly in the following cases:
    • The event/tournament is cancelled or declared void.
    • The event/tournament is interrupted and restarted more than 36 hours after the original start date
    • Head to Head (H2H) bets: If one or more participants withdraw before they have started the event/tournament.
  14. All bets that are determined (i.e. the outcome is already decided) are valid and will be settled accordingly regardless of subsequent abandonment of the event/tournament at any time.
  15. The Operator recognizes only those results which have been achieved on the playing field or platform. Results amounting from disciplinary measures from a sports court or another court of law are not considered. In case of violation of sports laws, the Operator reserves the right to freeze the winnings and withhold payment.
  16. The customer may not combine related bets on the same event. Related bets are two or more different bets that have related contingency. If such bets are mistakenly accepted by the Operator they will be declared void.
  17. In order to avoid a bet not being accepted due to changes in odds, the system automatically updates the odds before slip confirmation and the customer should check the latest odds in betting slip before the confirmation.
  18. For live bets the results that are known immediately after the conclusion of a betting market will be the ones used to evaluate the winning outcome(s). Subsequent modifications (e.g. results decided by a jury after the game) do not influence settlement of the live bet on offer.
  19. Live bets are settled on the Operators own statistics which are based on the actual run of play. Unless otherwise stated, in live betting all bets on "Non-runners" will be void.
  20. For any matters not covered by these rules the Operator reserves the right to decide on an individual basis on the basis of fairness.
  21. All customer claims must be brought to the Operators attention, no later than thirty-one (31) days after the wager in question was settled. No claims will be honored after this period.

Sports and markets rules

  1. Change of venue For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team. For all categories or markets other than team sports: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will stand. If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface after the market has been loaded, all bets will stand.
  2. For each bet matched on a relevant winning selection, the stake money is first reduced in proportion by multiplying it by the sum of the number of winners, divided by the number of actual winners (i.e. stake multiplied by (number of winners expected/number of actual winners)). The winnings are then paid to the successful backers on this 'reduced stake' (reduced stake multiplied by traded price). For example, assume there is a dead heat for first place between three horses. 'Client A' has backed one of the winners for a stake of 300 at the traded price of 4.0. When the event is settled, the stake (300) is multiplied by 1/3 (i.e. the number of expected winners (1) divided by the number of actual winners (3)) to calculate the reduced stake (100). The backer then receives the traded price matched (4.0) multiplied by the reduced stake (4 x 100 = 400). In this example, Client A's net winnings are 100 (400 payout minus the original 300 stake).
  3. The Operator may withhold payments until a full investigation from the relevant governing body/independent authority has taken place when a game or sporting event contains any suspected irregularities.
  4. If a bet is accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was made or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring then the Operator will void all these bets.
  5. We do everything we can to ensure that the information displayed on live site with regards to an event is correct, but it is to be used as a guide only. In the event of score, time of match etc. being incorrect we assume no liability for this.
  6. A multiple bet consists of a number of different chosen selections in any individual event market. The Operator reserves the right not to accept certain multiple bets. If a multiple contains a selection that is being voided the odds for this selection will be set to 1, i.e. if the multiple contains the selections over 2.5 goals in game A (odds=2,00)* home in game B (odds=1,50) and game B is being voided the odds for this multiple will be 2,00 * 1,00 = 2,00. If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled 'Half Win' the total odds is calculated as: i.e. one Win and one Half Win, odds(selection1) * (odds (selection2)/2 + 1/2). If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled 'Half Lose' the total odds is calculated as: i.e. one Win and one Half Lose, odds(selection1) * 1/2.
  7. When placing 'Outright' bets no stakes will be refunded on participants that are not participating or withdrawing from an event. In case of more winners the dead heat rule will be applied. If the event or tournament is not completed within 24 hours after the scheduled completion date all bets will be void.
  8. If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date or starts but is later abandoned and is not completed (resumed) by the end of next calendar date, all bets will be void except for any bets placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined, which will stand. Some markets have different rules and these are listed under each sport/market.
  9. The Operator reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a market if a market is settled in error ( i.e. human or technical error).
  10. There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.). I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose. I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.

  • Boxing: When placing a bet on Money line (Boxer A or Boxer B) and the battle ends draw the bet is considered as a push or a tie, and the bets are returned to the bettors. All markets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body immediately after the end of the fight, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result. If a boxer retires before the start of a round or is disqualified for any reason between rounds, the fight will be deemed to have finished at the end of the previous round. If one of the boxers is disqualified they will be deemed a loser. If the scheduled venue is changed after the market has been loaded so that the new venue is changed to a venue in a different country then all bets will be void. For all other changes to the scheduled venue bets will stand. If a fight is declared a 'no contest' then all bets will be void.

In the event of a match being decided by a bowl-off or toss of the coin, all bets will be void. Most Sixes bets will be void if a match is abandoned due to outside interference (does not include bad weather). If a match is reduced in overs and a match result is reached then the team that hits the most sixes regardless of amount of overs faced will be the winners. In matches decided by a Super-Over, Sixes hit during the Super-Over will not count for settlement purposes.
